At Kayla’s Belt Buckles, we take pride in the quality of our handmade products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized belt buckles

  • Final sale or discounted items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us first.
